Returns, cancellations & refunds

As a general rule, all sales are final and non-refundable. Our products are digital software licenses, delivered instantly and not returnable in a physical sense. We strongly encourage you to use the free trial before purchasing. At checkout, you will be asked to explicitly agree to this policy before completing payment.

As an exception, refund requests made within 72 hours of purchase may be granted at GBCAudio's discretion. Approved refunds are issued minus the payment processing fee actually incurred on the original transaction — Stripe does not return its processing fee on refunds, so that amount is deducted from the refund.

To request a refund, email info@gbcaudio.com. Refund requests are reviewed and processed manually; they are not automatic.
