What data we collect

We collect your name and email address. This information is collected when you request a free trial and when you make a purchase.

Payment data

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. GBCAudio does not receive or store your card number or any other raw payment credentials — those are handled directly by Stripe.

Cookies and analytics

GBCAudio uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which sites link to us. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not follow you to other sites or build a profile of you. We see totals — pages viewed, referring site, country, browser — and never an individual visitor.

The only cookies this site sets are the ones that keep you signed in to MYPAGE. Your shopping cart is held in your own browser’s storage and is not sent to us until you check out. There is no advertising cookie and no cross-site tracking of any kind.

We also record each installer download — which product, version and platform was taken, and the country it went to — so that we know which builds to keep making. Those records contain no email address and no IP address.

How we use your data

We use your data to deliver trial and purchase licenses and download links by email, to provide access to your licenses through the MYPAGE account area, and to respond to support inquiries.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored with a reputable third-party database provider, and is retained for as long as needed to provide the service to you.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. Payment processing, email delivery, data storage, and file storage are each handled by reputable third-party services under contract, solely to operate GBCAudio — never sold, and never shared beyond what running the service requires.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@gbcaudio.com.
